About Stefanie…
Daughter of Loretta Paganini and the great new force in the LPSC, Inc. company, Stefanie started her career in a very non-culinary manner as an Assistant Prosecutor for both Lake and Geauga counties after receiving a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. In 2004, she left her career in law to join the family business.
Stefanie Paganini holds many titles at LPSC, Inc. including Marketing and Human Resource Director and Chief Legal Counsel. She is currently running the Recreational Program at the School as well.
She received her Culinary Certificate from ICASI in Pastry Arts. She is a popular instructor at the school and currently teaches a number of classes including children’s, pastry, and hands-on dog biscuit making.
She has assisted Celebrity Chefs visiting the Cleveland area, such as the Hearty Boys, Sara Foster, Giuliano Bugialli, and Lee Anne Wong. She has done cooking demonstrations at such popular events as Vintage Ohio, and the Home and Garden Show.
Stefanie has appeared on local television programs including, Studio 3, Channel 3 News in the Morning, and Good Company, and has been featured in articles in both the Plain Dealer and the News Herald. She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She is on the board of directors for Cleveland Independents and Burlington Oval Association.
